Terms and Conditions
Replay Learning is the trading name of Replay Learning Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered number 5708284. Registered office: Prince Albert House, King Street, Maidenhead, SL6 1DT, UK.
Replay Learning Ltd is a UK registered company and complies with UK consumer law. The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all new Virtual Lectures subscriptions. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the first Virtual Lecture you receive, you can return the CD-ROM within 28 days and you will receive a full refund. Any supplementary CD-ROMs, CD storage cases or other items provided as part of your subscription must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If any items are not returned, Replay Learning will be entitled to deduct their value from the amount refunded to you. All items must be returned in same condition as they were supplied to you. You will be responsible for packing, postal and any other charges associated with their safe return. You will not be entitled to receive any CET points for any Virtual Lectures that are returned. Any CET points already awarded for that Virtual Lecture will be deleted.
Cancellation notices should be made in writing by post, fax or email. Their effective date will be the date that the notice is received by Replay Learning.
Virtual Lecture Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription to Virtual Lectures at any time. Following the initial 28-day “Satisfaction Guarantee” period, refunds will be calculated on the proportion of the subscription which remains unfulfilled. This will be based on how many CD-ROMs have been despatched by Replay Learning. An administration charge of £15 will be deducted from each refund. When you cancel, you forfeit the right to collect CET points for any Virtual Lectures which have been delivered but which you have not already completed.
Where payments are being collected by direct debit, we will cease collections immediately. Any CD-ROMs already paid for will be delivered as normal. Your subscription will be deemed to have ended 28 days after the delivery of the final CD-ROM. You will not be entitled to collect CET points through Virtual Lectures after that date.
Delegate places can be cancelled any time up to and including 28 days before the date of the conference and a full refund will be provided. No refunds will be given for cancellations after that date. Substitutions can be made up to and including 7 days before the event - simply give us the details of a colleague who wishes to take your place. In the unlikely event that a conference has to be cancelled by us you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a place at a similar conference.
Some promotional prices are non refundable. This will be clearly indicated on the offer whenever this is the case.
Cancellations for products not already dispatched will qualify for a full refund. Products returned within 7 days of despatch will receive a full refund minus the cost of packaging and postage. All items must be returned in same condition as they were supplied to you. You will be responsible for packing, postal and any other charges associated with their safe return. You will not be entitled to receive any CET points for any orders that are returned. Refunds will not be given for products not returned within 7 days unless they are faulty.
Refunds will normally be credited to your credit/debit card account within 3-5 working days. Where this is not possible we will send you a cheque within 30 days.
CET points will be awarded to GOC registered Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians within 10 days of completion providing that they have paid for and are entitled to receive the CET content they have completed. Specifically, CET points will not be awarded to individuals who attended a conference but still have an outstanding balance to pay or to individuals who complete Virtual Lectures to which they are not currently subscribed.
Postage and Delivery
Subscriptions to Virtual Lectures include the cost of postage to your address. We use standard second-class post in the UK and standard airmail post overseas. We do not send Virtual Lectures by courier or other non-standard postal method.
Generally all purchases from our website include postal costs. Where this is not the case, additional costs will be clearly specified.
UK prices shown in GBP include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate. VAT does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside the UK. While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order completed.
If you select a currency or a delivery country outside the UK, prices will be displayed VAT free, and in some cases in local currency. Regional pricing is not always available on all orders. Where regional pricing is not available, we will still deliver overseas but the price paid will be in GBP including VAT.
Replay Learning accepts most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the cardholder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched. For postal, faxed or telephone orders, Replay Learning accepts Personal Cheques in GBP or Euros and Bank Transfers in GBP or Euros. We recommend that you do not send cash through the post.
Credit Card Security
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately. Our secure servers protect information by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL and other browsers. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. After your order is processed your encrypted credit card number is deleted. This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit card number from Replay Learning.
Surveys and Prize Draws
Surveys are operated by Opinion Health, one of the UK's leading healthcare market research companies. All survey responses are confidential and all information given is studied in an aggregated form only. No personal or contact details are passed on to Opinion Health or any other third party.
Surveys are normally open to all GOC -registered optometrists practising in the UK. Any additional qualifying requirements will be made clear in the invitation and/or in the first few questions of the survey. Only those meeting the qualifying requirements will be allowed to complete the survey. The survey will close automatically as soon as the response quota is reached.
Where a prize draw is offered, only those qualifying for and completing the survey will be entered. Prizes are limited to one per person. Fraudulent or multiple entries will be disqualified. Winners will be chosen at random from qualifying entries and will be notified by email on or before the date in the footer of invitation email. Winners have 28 days from receipt of the winners' email to claim their prize. Prizes will be paid by UK cheque or UK bank transfer in Pounds Sterling (GBP). No cash or other alternative will be offered. The decision of Replay Learning is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Employees of Replay Learning and Opinion Health and their immediate families can not be entered into the prize draw but may complete the survey if eligible to do so.

We make every effort to ensure that details about our products and services and any other information on our website or other promotional material are up to date. However, where information is incorrect or is subject to change, we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute the offer and to cancel any outstanding orders or bookings.
If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page.
Replay Learning disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
